For new graduates who are unemployed and are unmarried within a year of graduation, they may choose to transfer their insurance to the district office where their household is registered when they graduated.  They may also choose to temporarily remain as dependents of their parents. If they remain unemployed after a year of graduation, they can transfer their insurance to the district office.

Those who choose to pay for their own premium after graduation or who remain unemployed after one year of graduation can ask their family to transfer them out of the original insurance unit. They can then use the NHI APP to select "Municipal Office Insurance Subjects”in "E-Counter”to apply for enrollment at the municipal office.
