Mobile technology is becoming ever more popular. Following that trend, the NHIA has launched its NHI APP, giving the people the ability to create replacement of payment slips and make premium payments. Just follow these five easy steps:
Step 1: Download the NHI APP on your mobile device
Step 2: Click "E-Counter" and log in to your account
Step 3: Click "Personal Inquiry and Settings"
Step 4: Click "Pending Premium Payments"
Step 5: Select the year and month of the premium payment to be paid and then click "Make Payment"
At present there are many methods available for payment, including credit cards, checking accounts, mobile payments, or in cash at a convenience store. If paying at a convenience store, you may make a payment at any of the four main convenience stores in Taiwan.
