Meanwhile, patients may also apply for a Virtual NHI card through the NHI APP. If you feel unwell, you may immediately contact the nearest hospital for video consultations. Please choose a nearby clinic for medical treatment and it will be easier for family members to fill prescriptions or for pharmacies to deliver prescriptions after video consultations.
    Patients in home care shall cooperate with their district public health centers, and to take and accurately record their body temperature (once in the morning and once in the evening) while also paying attention to their physical conditions. If you experience symptoms such as fever or sore throat, or if you need medications for a chronic disease, please contact hospitals or clinics near you for video consultations.
