My Health Bank Introduction

1.Western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), dental clinic and surgery and medication data: The medical care data uploaded through the NHI card over the past three years are provided.
(If one logs into the system on March 16, 2022, then the medical care data from March 1, 2019 to March 14, 2022 may be accessed.)

2.Hospitalization data: The medical care data uploaded through the NHI card over the past three years are provided.
(If one logs into the system on March 16, 2022, hospitalization data from January 1, 2019 to March 14, 2022 may be accessed.)

3.Allergy data: Allergy data uploaded since January 1, 2015 by NHI-contracted medical institutions are provided (excluding data before January 1, 2015).

4.Laboratory test data: Laboratory test (examination) results uploaded by NHI-contracted medical institutions since January 1, 2015 are provided.

5.Imaging or pathology data: Same as Item (4).

6.Discharge summary: Discharge summaries uploaded by NHI-contracted medical institutions since January 1, 2015 are provided.

7.Willingness for organ donation or palliative care: Data indicating willingness for organ donation or palliative care from the MOHW’s Department of Medical Affairs are provided.

8.Outcomes of adult preventive healthcare: Outcomes of adult preventive healthcare examinations filed by NHI-contracted medical institutions with the Health Promotion Administration are provided.

9.Immunization data: The immunization data are provided by the Centers for Disease Control.

10.NHI card status: The NHI card status and the card numbers.

11.Premium calculation statement: A premium calculation statement for the insured over the past year is provided. The data are updated on the 20th day of each month.
(If one logs in on March 16, 2022, the “premium calculation statement” from March 2021 to February 2022 may be accessed. If the insured was not covered during the above-said period, no premium calculation statement will be available.)

12.Premium payment statement: The premium payment statement over the past year, retroactive from 7 days before the login date, is provided.
(If one logs in on March 16, 2022, the premium payment statement from March 9, 2021 to March 9, 2022 may be accessed.)

My Health Bank provides medical care data to patients so that they know the details of their health, such as their medical history and allergies. They can also schedule medical care or appointments for teeth cleaning or adult preventive healthcare in advance based on their medical care data.

2. Facilitation of Doctor–Patient Communication
Patients can show the data from My Health Bank to a doctor so that he/she can effectively keep track of the medical care previously received at other medical institutions and make informed decisions on the required medication and treatment to improve the safety and efficacy of medical care.

3. Appreciation of NHI Resources
Through enhancing the transparency of expenses data filed by medical institutions, My Health Bank empowers insureds and therefore makes them appreciate for medical care resources.

4. Facilitation of Data Acquisition
My Health Bank combines cross-institutional health databases so that users can obtain diversified information through it.
