中央健康保險署積極與國際分享我國數位健康政策與成果，明(12)日將在台舉辦「APEC數位醫療應用公私協力工作坊」(APEC Workshop on Public-Private Collaboration in Supporting of Containing Measures During and Beyond Pandemic)，邀請10國專家及APEC經濟體代表實體參加，並同步開放APEC經濟體線上與會。針對數位健康科技發展與資料管理、公私協力健康照護之案例分享等議題進行交流，場邊由高醫附醫、林口長庚醫院、中國醫藥大學附設醫院及吉樂健康資訊科技設有數位健康主題展場。 隨著雲端科技、行動網路、各式行動裝置的普及和COVID-19疫情趨動下，資訊技術在醫療和健康管理的使用大幅提升，在全球發展數位健康醫療的趨勢下，臺灣的醫療產業和資訊產業也紛紛投入數位科技潮流。本次工作坊將探討各國政府疫後數位健康政策與創新服務模式、健康資料管理原則及應用於健康照護之案例分享。
「亞太經濟合作會議」(Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation, APEC)為我國具正式身分參與之重要國際組織。健保署長年參與APEC衛生工作小組，為進一步與各經濟體交流，持續爭取在臺辦理活動。此次，健保署以「數位醫療公私協力合作」為主軸提案，成功獲APEC經濟體支持與資金補助。期盼透過本次工作坊強化公私部門協力合作關係，增強APEC經濟體健康照護系統因應衛生挑戰的應變能力，強化我國與各經濟體之健康政策交流合作網絡。更多工作坊資訊請參閱大會網站。
APEC Workshop on Public-Private Collaboration in Supporting of Containing Measures During and Beyond Pandemic Unites Global Experts in Grand Launch
The National Health Insurance Administration (NHIA) is actively promoting Taiwan's digital health policies and achievements on a global scale. Tomorrow, on the 12th, the NHIA will host the APEC Workshop on Public-Private Collaboration in Support of Pandemic Containment Measures and Beyond in Taiwan. This event will bring together experts from 10 countries and representatives from APEC member economies, both in-person and online.
The workshop will tackle essential topics such as digital health technology development, efficient data management, and successful public-private healthcare collaborations. Additionally, renowned institutions like Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Linkou, China Medical University Hospital, and La Vida Tech. will showcase digital health-themed exhibitions.
With the growing adoption of cloud technology, mobile networks, and various mobile devices, coupled with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of information technology in healthcare has significantly increased. Taiwan's healthcare and technology sectors have embraced this global trend in digital healthcare development. This workshop will explore post-pandemic digital health policies, innovative government service models, health data management principles, and practical healthcare case studies.
APEC, an important international organization with Taiwan's formal participation, plays a crucial role. The Director-General of the NHIA has actively engaged with the APEC Health Working Group for years, working to host meaningful events in Taiwan. This time, the NHIA introduced "Digital Healthcare Public-Private Collaboration" as a central theme, receiving substantial support from APEC member economies.
Through this workshop, the NHIA aims to strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors, enhancing the adaptive capabilities of healthcare systems within APEC member economies to address health challenges effectively.
